Dish Initiative
Do you believe that Jesus is coming soon? Do you want to be able to do something to tell others but not know what to do? Do want to see your church membership grow? You could be part of the "Dish Initiative".
The "Dish Initiative" is for any church member who wants to experience the special joy of personally being involved in bringing another family or friend into the family of God. These people can be your co-workers, neighbours, backslidden family and church members, or acquaintances.
All you need is around $300 to be able to purchase a 3ABN satellite dish kit and someone God is impressing you to work with. Tell them they can have TV in their home that is different to what they have now - something uplifting without the violence, bad language and immorality. There is no monthly fee, as it is free to air, and there are children's programs, professional health topics and vegetarian cooking, exercise, music, Bible prophecy and much more. Then offer it free to that person for a 3 month trial period on the understanding that, if they want to keep it, they can pay for it. Otherwise, if they don't want to keep it, you will remove it for them. If they pay for it you have the Adventist message in a home and the money to invest in another family. If they don't want to keep it you can install the same system in another home and start again. It is that simple.

God has said "go YE" - and that means you and me. Ask God to help you and make this your personal outreach project for this year. Then see what God will do through you as you step out in faith. Being part of the "Dish Initiative" will help you share the light of the Gospel of Jesus with others. Let's help spread God's salvation in our corner of the globe and reach a lost and dying world with the Good News of the wonderful love of God. Then Jesus can come and we can go home at last.
