TV Viewing Survey
Welcome to the 3ABN Australia Inc “Community Television Viewing Survey”. It has been designed to enable 3ABN viewers/SDA Church Members to make contact with people in their communities in a friendly, non threatening way. You will also be to provide interesting information to people in your community when they see the results of this survey published in their local newspaper. Also, if the householder is interested, you will have the opportunity to introduce them to “free to air” satellite television, available in Australia and New Zealand on Optus D2, including 3ABN. The majority of people living in Australia and New Zealand do not know anything about 3ABN or that they are able to watch it via satellite, without monthly fees. Through conducting this survey you may have the chance to talk to people in a way you would not have otherwise and you may find they are interested in having free to air Christian TV in their homes.
REMEMBER: the primary reason for a survey is to gather information, not to give it. Only give if the householder wants to know more. It also gives you an opportunity to meet new people with whom you may never otherwise come in contact. It provides timid people with an opportunity to participate in an easy and friendly method of door to door work.
We trust you will enjoy being involved in this initiative and that you will have many very pleasant experiences while talking to the householders. Friendships may begin and you may have the opportunity to be used by God to plant seeds for eternity. May God bless everyone of you who takes part in this work.
